Chatham Emergency Squad Cadets Rindos and Lee Elected Chatham High Senior Class President, Vice President

CHATHAM, NJ – Incoming senior class students Bradley Rindos and Sean Lee have been elected by their classmates at Chatham High School to represent the class of 2019, and serve as senior class president and vice president, respectively.

The two also have in common that they serve as cadets for the Chatham Emergency Squad, and both are Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s) in the State of New Jersey. Rindos serves on the Thursday evening crew, while Lee serves on the Wednesday evening crew. Each year, the Chatham Emergency Squad undergoes a recruitment process for students, ages 16-18, who are interested in joining the squad.

“The Cadet program attracts truly outstanding students, all of whom are committed to service,” said Steven Davenport, Operation Lieutenant & Cadet Manager for the Chatham Emergency Squad. “As individuals, they are bright examples of excellence in academics, athletics and the performing arts and it’s wonderful to see Brad and Sean recognized by their peers as leaders. The senior class chose two smart and talented guys.”

This is the fifth consecutive year Rindos has been elected class president, dating back to the 8th grade at
Chatham Middle School. In addition to serving on the Emergency Squad, Rindos is also an Eagle Scout, is a member of the Chatham cross-country team and is an amateur photographer, lending his services to various Chatham recreational activities and sports events.

Before moving to Chatham in 2016, Lee lived in four different countries and has greatly appreciated the sense of community and investment in youth development programs found within the Chathams – something that inspired him to become an EMT. Lee is a member of the Chatham varsity baseball team and serves as a special needs aid at Liquid Church.
